I want to go through Poland with truck, but i think i could get in trouble, because i dont' have 95.code(certificate for professional drivers) ! C category i got in 2008.year,but E only in 2011,so can i get in trouble and pay money to crocodiles(Inspekcja Transportu Drogowego) :D ?

Hi. In Poland it's called "kwalifikacja wstępna". But if you have C category since 2008, you have to make "szkolenie okresowe" (much cheaper than kwalifikacja) till 10.09.2014. For now, if in your country you didn't need to have other qualifications and documents, I mean, if you need only Driver Licence, it's okay to go through PL. But after 10. Sept 2014 you need that short training called in PL "szkolenie okresowe". And this is not only Polish regulation, but EU. And for now, you cannot get a ticket for this reason from polish crocodiles. :)

Thanks a lot dude for answer ;) ...Here in Latvia we got similar rules like you...but today i called to our trucks inspection's office and they said i could get in trouble in western europe with my license...but i dont believe them in 100% because they said that they are punishing drivers without kwalifikacja wstępna in Latvia, but nobody didn't hear that it really happen ever,my neighbor got his C category after 2009 year's 10.september and works in company as truck driver about 2 years already, said that he has been stoped by truck inspection and they said nothing :D and the same situation with his colleagues. In zkolenie okresowe we must sit and listen in school for about 35 h lesson,it takes about 1 week and than you got profesional driving license. At now price for that lesson is about 120 EUR.

Your crocodiles are really annoying, how do they love Latvians and Lithuanians, ohhh yeah :D

Your neighbor has to make a certificate based on kwalifikacja. Code 95 in whole EU exists for bus drivers since 10 Sept 2008, and for truckers since 10. Sept 2009. The only reason, why he didn't get a ticket, I think, is that the officers didn't know is it the same in LV, as in PL/other countries. But it is, so he was very lucky.

Exactly. If you passed D category after 10. Sept 2008, or C category after 10. Sept. 2009, you have to make an "kwalifikacja". If you passed that categories earlier, you only do the "szkolenie okresowe" and it looks exactly, how you say.

I think, the Lithuanians more. You can find on YouTube the police movies, how some Lithuanians behave on our roads. :D That's why the ITD control them.
